If anyone is in the market to sell or purchase a new home I can not recommend Doug Nunnary enough. As a first time home buyer from 1200 miles away, buying a home "blind" he made a very overwhelming process simple. He walked us through from start to finish, answered all of our silly questions without hesitation or judgement and was a true life saver in the process. He is a true treasure and anyone would be very lucky to have him guide them on their home journey.

Doug was professional, knowledgeable and had my best interest in mind. I worked with Doug from my first showing on another side of town until I found the one and was able to close on my dream home. Doug kept me updated throughout the whole process and even before putting in an offer went through what that process would look like. As a first time home buyer and doing this completely on my own, I had no idea what to expect aside from trying to keep my expectations low due to the high interest rates and low supply of affordable houses in the area. At one point, it appeared that I was not going to be able to afford to buy in the current housing market and I stopped looking less than a month after I started. Doug was understanding, patient and kept the lines of communication open. When I reached back out, maybe two months later when interest rates appeared to be lower, Doug didn't hesitate to begin working with me again. His expertise in understanding the market and the value of homes we looked at were essential in the home buying process. When I came across a listing, Doug was quick to pull more information on the home than what was listed on Zillow (I forget what the document is called) so I could be better informed about the details of property. Doug also suggested the lender which I used to close and I was so happy I did! I had a vacation previously planned in which I would be out of the country a week before I closed on the home and I was stress free because I knew Doug would be able to handle anything that came up when I was away. My parents did get involved in coming to showings although I am an adult with my own income and career and Doug was able to put their worries at ease on numerous occasions. I don't know anyone that would have been willing to speak with them since they were not the buyer (of course with my authorization/permission). I could go on and on about my positive experience working with Doug. But I'll end by saying, if you're looking for someone that will advocate for you, not be pushy, not get frustrated with you no matter your decision and respectful of your wishes and your "must haves", then Doug is the one to work with!

Doug helped us find the perfect house and guided us through the whole process. My wife had about 1,928 questions and concerns, but Doug never seemed the least bit exasperated. He was eager to make everything go smoothly, and it did. I've bought a fair share of houses in my time, and Doug's expertise and demeanor made this the best experience of them all.
